Animatronic

This project began with the repair of an animatronic for the Department of Automation at the University of Seville. Taking the opportunity to learn how this kind of mechanism works, I designed a version that could be manufactured through additive printing and later used to test artificial intelligence scripts and computer vision.

It was well received, and several units were produced for student lab sessions. I am still improving it, and it has also been used in some workshops I run for young people who are starting to learn about technology and robotics. To learn more about this project, visit this website.
