It is the first serious robotics project I started, marking the beginning of my journey with Arduino. The initial idea was to create a learning platform. At first it was a metal design, and later it also became an entry point into additive manufacturing.
Over time, the project matured and allowed me to experiment with different forms of communication, using Bluetooth, Wi-Fi, controlling the vehicle with an Xbox 360 controller and later from a smartphone.
And also researching with different technologies such as computer vision, ROS, artificial intelligence, laser systems for positioning, etc.
Currently I continue to experiment and expand this project, since it is much cheaper to experiment with UGVs than with UAVs, where any failure often means having to rebuild from scratch.
