UAVs
RPA QuadCopter
It is a multirotor RPA platform for testing and experimenting with aerial robotics technologies. It is one of the projects I am most passionate about, and I continue to improve it through autonomous flight scripts, swarm behaviours, computer vision, 4G control and other development lines.
The aircraft was designed completely from scratch, with most of the parts 3D-printed and the rest machined in carbon fiber. I am sharing two YouTube videos showing how this project has evolved over time. They look much better on the platform itself. I hope you like them!
RPA SingleCopter
It is a drone powered by a single motor, compensated in pitch, roll and yaw by four blades actuated by four servomotors. The design was based on Benjamin Prescher, but adapted and completed with different electronics and software. It is an extremely fun aircraft.
It specifically uses an F4 Omnibus flight controller running Betaflight. Some parts had to be modified with respect to the original model, and a more suitable motor had to be chosen. It is a project I would like to continue developing.
